Katerina Mastrogiannopoulou is a lawyer registered with the Athens Bar Association, specializing in public procurement law.
In her practice, she advises economic operators and contracting authorities on the interpretation and application of European and national public procurement legislation, providing comprehensive legal support at all stages of procurement procedures, from tender preparation and submission to contract award and execution.
Katerina has also been involved in handling disputes arising from tender documentation and during the evaluation of tenders before administrative authorities and competent courts.
Katerina holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an M.Sc. in Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus. She is currently a postgraduate candidate in “Public Procurement: Theory and Practice” at the Democritus University of Thrace.
She has excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
