Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court

Aggeliki Spentzouri is an Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court, specializing in International Commercial Law with extensive experience mainly in the fields of Civil and Administrative Law, particularly in real estate and land registry matters.

Main Information

She has handled cases in Commercial, Civil and Administrative Law, representing businesses and individuals before the Civil and Administrative Courts. In addition, she provides legal advice on matters relating to the Commercial and Banking sectors, as well as on real estate issues.

She has served as an independent associate of the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus, teaching the course “Legislation & Regulations” at the Department of Textile Engineering. In this context, and due to the absence of a relevant textbook, she prepared a concise educational manual on legal issues related to the Department’s field of specialization, covering elements of Civil, Commercial, Labour and Public Law (Procurement Regulations, etc.).

She is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

Education

She has completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace.
She holds a post-graduate Degree in International Commercial Law from the Law School of the University of Kent, United Kingdom
National Kapodistrian University of Athens, Doctoral Candidate
She speaks English and French.
