Nikolaos Mokas

Nikolaos Mokas is a trainee Attorney-at-Law, registered with the Athens Bar Association.
He has served as an assistant officer to the Investigating Judge at the Athens Martial Court, gaining experience in legal research and the execution of investigative acts.
Main Information
He participated in the 11th National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition, where his team won 1st place in the group stage and 3rd place nationwide, while also receiving the awards for “Best Prosecution Memorial” and the “Jury Award”. He emerged as the winner of the ELSA Athens Legal Argumentation Competition and ranked 6th out of 18 teams in the Athens Negotiations Tournament, designing the digital optimal decision-making tool “HERMES”. In a Simulation of the Court of Justice of the European Union, representing Poland, he was honored with an “Honorable Mention”.
He has served as the Head of Communications for the Hellenic National Youth Council, and as a member of the Human Rights sector of ELSA Athens whilst he held the role of a Legal Advisor for the Model Hellenic Parliament and that of a founder and coordinator of the youth volunteer association “To Dran”.
Education
- He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as a valedictorian of his class.
- He is a scholar of the Papadakis Bequest.
- He speaks English, Italian, and German.
